What exactly am I paying for?
Our time and what it produces: strategy, content, publishing, answering your community and reporting. It is a service, not software, and there is nothing to install. You are invoiced monthly for a retainer, or once for a project.
Do you send mass emails or sell contact lists?
No. We do not buy, sell or rent contact lists, and we do not send bulk mailings for anybody. The work happens on your own accounts, with the audience you already have.
Who owns what you make?
You do, once it is paid for, and you get the files in their original quality. If we stop working together you keep everything.
How fast can you start?
The audit starts within a few days of the first call, and the first planned month usually goes live about two weeks later.
Can we stop?
Yes. Retainers run month to month with 30 days notice, and anything already paid for is finished and handed over. What happens to money already invoiced is in the refund policy.
